With a tradition of more than eight generations, the cuisine of Coralina was born as a family cuisine in which two cultures met: the Caribbean culture of the Islands, and the French origin of our family.
This is how we created a mixture of Caribbean flavors with an exquisite French touch that came from our grandmothers, sixty years ago. We learned from them how to create dishes such as papillote fish in bijao leaf with white wine.
At Coralina we invite you to enjoy local products and preparations, both Caribbean and international.
